Abstract: To explore the effect of low molecular heparin on blood clotting function in patients with sepsis. Methods: 112 patients with sepsis were selected from December 2015 to December 2020, and 40 cases were divided into control group and anticoagulant group according to random numeric table. The control group was treated regularly, and the anticoagulant group increased the treatment of low molecular heparin on the basis of the conventional treatment in the control group. The changes in blood clotting-related indicators were compared with between the two groups of patients. Results: After 3 days and 7 days of treatment, the anticoagulant plate, clotting enzyme original time, active partial clotting enzyme original time, fibrinogen, D-d polymer were all improved before treatment, and anticoagulant plate plateboard, D-d polymer water level was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P05). Conclusion: Low-molecular heparin therapy can improve blood clotting in patients with sepsis.
