WARNING: Your Broadband service is not available and the Telstra Gateway Pro cannot connect to the Internet. Loss of service can occur due to network maintenance or other temporary service disruptions. Please check your DSL cable has not been disconnected from the back of your Gateway and that the power cable is plugged in. The blue light around the Telstra logo on the front of the Gateway will be on and the Internet LED light will automatically turn blue once the problem has been resolved
