Based on marketing and service marketing theories, this paper studies the marketing status of Taikang Group's life insurance business. The main research methods include:On-site investigation method: Through interviews with the staff of Taikang Life Insurance Department, understand the business process and marketing strategy of Taikang Group's life insurance business.Data analysis: Refer to and analyze the relevant data of the life insurance industry to understand the prospects of the life insurance industry and Taikang's positioning in the life insurance industry.Comparative analysis: By comparing the scale of Taikang's life insurance business with other companies, and through SWOT analysis, we found Taikang's own advantages and disadvantages. For example, Taikang is relatively small in scale compared with the top companies in the industry, but its financial data is relatively healthy, its debt repayment ability is good, and it is in a stable development state.
