The reason for the results to take countermeasures, such as the psychological aspects of collective intervention and case supervision, protection mechanisms, real-time training, and other follow-up measures to adjust stationed in the way. Conclusion After finishing a week of self-improvement and management methods, this group of people anxious to do again self-rating scale, the average value dropped 22.5% anxiety.
