As special passengers, disabled passengers have their own particularity in many aspects, which puts forward higher requirements for cabin service of civil aviation flight attendants.<br>Based on this, this paper analyzes the definition, characteristics of disabled passengers and the service requirements of flight attendants for disabled passengers, explores the problems existing in flight attendants' cabin service for disabled passengers, and further points out the reasons for the problems. Then, combined with the in-depth analysis of these problems and reasons, the paper puts forward the suggestions for flight attendants to solve the problems In order to further improve the flight attendants' cabin service level for disabled passengers and enhance the satisfaction of disabled passengers to airlines, the countermeasures to improve the cabin service of disabled passengers are proposed.<br>Key words: flight attendants, disabled passengers, cabin service, promotion strategy<br>
