Windows used in ANOMALOUS_AMP_ATTEN must adhere to specific requirements. If the specified windows are not properly defined, they are modified. If two adjacent windows do not overlap by at least 5 samples, the window times are adjusted so they overlap by 5 samples. If three adjacent windows overlap, the window times of the first and third windows are adjusted so they no longer overlap. The last window is always extended to include the last live sample, ensuring all the data at the bottom of the trace is processed. The MIN_WNDW_LEN parameter defines the minimum window length allowed to be processed. If a specified window is shorter than this length, the window start time is decreased and stop time increased until the minimum window length is attained. If the window length cannot be increased without causing three windows to overlap, the window is not processed.
