In the HR recruitment system, we can understand the corresponding relationship flow of each recruitment activity. This means that we must build a recruitment system that matches the strategic objectives of the organization and provide strong fresh blood for the realization of the mission and vision of the organization. This also means that all aspects of the recruitment process correspond to each other, so that talents can match vacancies, meet the needs of human resources and future talent reserves.
