摘 要<br><br>随着社会技术的发展，目前已有的称重工具人们已经不再满足，所以为了满足人们的需求和改变以前称重工具存在的问题。本文设计的称重工具将更加简单方便，更加智能，更加小巧精致，它是将检测与转换技术、计算机技术、模拟技术、数字技术等技术综合在一起的现代新型称重仪器。它与我们的日常息息相关是一种方便快捷的工具，广泛地应用于各个领域并且范围在不断扩大。<br>本系统以STC89C52单片机为主要，最小系统、LCD液晶显示模块、HX711模块、LED模块、蜂鸣器模块、矩阵按键模块、10kg压力传感器为辅助，从而实现自动称重、去皮、计价的功能和声光报警功能。硬件部分主要有单片机控制，测量物体重量部分由压力传感器以及A/D转换器组成加上液晶显示电子秤具备了性价比高，功能众多，设计简单，使用方便等特点。软件是以C语言作为编程语言，采用模块化的编程，使用Keil uVision软件编写应用程序，与硬件电路相结合做整体调试，最终完成整个设计功能。<br><br>关键字：压力传感器；数模转换；STC89C52单片机

Abstract<br>With the development of social technology, people are no longer satisfied with the existing weighing tools, so in order to meet people's needs and change the previous problems of weighing tools. The weighing tool designed in this paper will be more simple and convenient, more intelligent, more compact and exquisite. It is a modern new weighing instrument that integrates detection and conversion technology, computer technology, analog technology, digital technology and other technologies. It is closely related to our daily life, is a convenient tool, widely used in various fields, and the scope is expanding.<br>This system takes STC89C52 single chip microcomputer as the main part, and the minimum system, LCD display module, hx711 module, LED module, buzzer module, matrix key module, 10kg pressure sensor as the auxiliary, so as to realize the functions of automatic weighing, peeling, pricing and sound light alarm. The hardware part is mainly controlled by single chip microcomputer, and the weight measurement part is composed of pressure sensor and a / D converter. In addition, the liquid crystal display electronic scale has the characteristics of high cost performance, many functions, simple design and convenient use.
