Absrtact: With the development of social economy, the transportation industry is booming day by day. The number of cars is also rising sharply, and traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious, causing inevitable personal casualties and economic losses. In view of this situation, it is imperative to design an automobile anti-collision early warning system with fast response, high reliability and economy. Ultrasonic distance measurement is the most common distance measurement method. This paper introduces a reversing anti-collision alarm system designed by ultrasonic distance measurement method. The content of this paper is the design of the anti-collision system based on AT89C51 MCU, which mainly uses the characteristics and advantages of ultrasonic, combines the ultrasonic ranging system with AT89C51 MCU, and designs an anti-collision alarm system based on AT89C51 MCU. The system adopts the method of combining software and hardware, and has the characteristics of modularity and versatility. This paper summarizes the development and basic principle of ultrasonic testing, and expounds the principle and characteristics of ultrasonic sensors. Some main parameters of the system are discussed, and on the basis of introducing the functions of the ultrasonic ranging system, the overall structure of the system is put forward. Through the comparison of several design schemes of transmitting and receiving circuits, the best design scheme is obtained, and the principle of each design unit of the system is introduced. The chips that make up each system circuit are introduced, and their working principles are expounded. This paper introduces the software structure of the system, and realizes the system functions by programming.
