Using 100nm BaTiO3 powder as raw material, 0.1mol/L acetic acid was used for hydrothermal activation treatment at 100℃/1h, and Ba(OH)2·8H2O was used as flux to cool at 350MPa, 400℃/1h. After sintering and annealing at 600℃/0.5h, BaTiO3 ceramics with a relative density of 96.62% and a grain size of 180nm were obtained. The room temperature dielectric (εr) was 2836, and the dielectric loss (tanθ) was as low as 0.03.
