【摘要】目的：探讨应用欧氏管对悬雍垂腭咽成型术后咽腔分泌物清理的疗效。方法将80例OSAHS术后患者随机分为两组，分别为对照组和观察组，每组各40例，对照组采用欧式管对OSAHS术后患者咽腔分泌物进行清理，观察组采用传统的吸痰管对OSAHS术后患者进行咽腔分泌物清理，观察两组患者呼吸道通畅情况、24小时吸痰次数、吸痰间隔时间、分泌物、血氧饱和度，患者满意度等情况。结果两组各项结果比较差异均有统计学意义( P＜0.01) 。结论耳鼻喉科使用的银质欧氏管接近于口咽部生理解剖结构，应用欧氏管对OSAHS术后患者咽腔分泌物进行吸引不仅能有效清除OSAHS术后患者口腔及咽部分泌物，保持呼吸道通畅，而且能显着降低OSAHS患者呼吸道阻塞及出血的可能性，可广泛应用于临床OSAHS患者术后的气道护理，取得良好的临床效果，值得推广使用。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of Eulerian tube on the clearance of pharyngeal secretion after uvulopalatopharyngoplasty. Methods 80 patients with OSAHS were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group, 40 cases in each group.
