The brief description of each process is as follows: Acetaldehyde generates ethyl acetate through self condensation reaction under the action of catalyst aluminum ethoxide, and then excess water is added into the single effect evaporator to destroy the catalyst aluminum ethoxide, and the aluminum hydroxide generated is removed through the evaporator. Then, acetaldehyde, ethanol and Acetal in crude ethyl acetate were removed by three distillation columns, namely, deacetaldehyde column, dealcoholic column and de heavy component column. Finally, a relatively pure ethyl acetate product was obtained at the top of the de heavy component distillation column.
