Ethylene glycol in polyester devices is fully reused. In the vacuum system, the reuse of ethylene glycol is often clamped with oligomer, although there is a filtration system, but after long-term operation, the return of glycol in the clip of small particles of oligopolymer will adhere to the inner wall of the glycol pipeline, so that the pipeline resistance increases, it is imperative to improve the lead of the glycol delivery pump. Now the project has been the heat cleaning of glycol circulation system as a standard configuration, can regularly clean the ethylene glycol cycle line in the absence of parking, low polymer, therefore, can make the polyester device in the ethylene glycol circulation pump head greatly reduced. At present, the project supporting glycol cycle pump is still using high flow, high head centrifugal pump, resulting in a certain waste of electrical energy. If the vacuum cycle glycol cycle pump is optimized, it is expected that the circulating pump motor power can save about 25kW.
