Most of the actual networks are neither completely nor fully random, and the WS small-world model is more in line with the characteristics of the actual network. Therefore, the analysis of the complexity of the small-world network model is more realistic. In two important small-world network models, the WS small-world model is randomized and reconnected on the basis of the regular network, while the NW small-world model is based on the regular network and is randomized and added.
