Under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure, the desorption electrolysis speed of gold-loaded carbon is faster, and a batch (500kg) of gold-loaded carbon can be completed within 12 hours ~ 14 hours.<br> 2, cyanide-free desorption and low energy consumption<br> Sodium cyanide and sodium hydroxide need to be added in the preparation of conventional desorption solution, which not only increases the cost of desorption electrolysis, but also worsens the operating environment.<br> The system only needs to add sodium hydroxide instead of sodium cyanide, which not only reduces the operating cost, but also keeps the environment clear.<br> The desorption temperature in the system is the same as the electrolysis temperature, and there is no heat exchanger, so the heat preservation effect is good.<br> Because of its high working speed, the power consumption of the system is 1/2 ~ 1/4 of that of the conventional system.<br> 3, automatic control settings<br> Liquid level buffer mechanism: The liquid volume of the system will fluctuate due to the vaporization of liquid during operation and the change of system pressure. Therefore, the system has specially set up a liquid level buffer mechanism, which can automatically offset the change of liquid level and always maintain the normal operation of the system.<br> Temperature control system: when the temperature reaches the set value, the system automatically turns off some electric heaters, and the remaining electric heaters automatically maintain the working temperature of the system.
