TOD模式高密度的开发特点有利于提升土地的利用率，缓解大城市土地资源稀缺的局面。然而随着TOD开发建设的逐步实施，TOD建设投入的人力、物力、财力巨大，但建成后所发挥的效能，却往往很难达到设计预期，这已成为阻碍轨道交通TOD开发可持续发展的重要瓶颈。因此，本文试图从TOD效能的影响因素着手，运用社会网络分析法得出对TOD效能产生重要影响的关键因素，并有针对性地提出城市轨道交通TOD开发的优化策略，以提升TOD效能。

The high-density development characteristics of TOD mode are conducive to improving the land utilization rate and alleviating the situation of scarce land resources in big cities. However, with the gradual implementation of TOD development and construction, the human, material and financial resources invested in TOD construction are huge, but the efficiency after completion is often difficult to achieve the design expectation, which has become an important bottleneck hindering the sustainable development of TOD development of rail transit. Therefore, this paper attempts to start from the influencing factors of TOD efficiency, use the social network analysis method to get the key factors that have an important impact on TOD efficiency, and put forward the optimization strategy of urban rail transit TOD development, in order to improve TOD efficiency.<br>
