我选择读MBA主要有以下3个原因：<br>第一个是充电，我已经工作了9年，积累了很多人事管理实践经验，但近两年觉得工作中遇到了瓶颈，主要是因为我本科学习的主要方向是财务管理，已有的知识储备已经不能满足现在的工作需要。因此希望通过MBA学习，丰富管理知识，同时向老师和同时们学习更多的管理经验和技巧。<br>第二个主要原因是拓展生活圈。我在银行工作了8年，我的大多数亲朋好友也都在银行工作，因此我的工作圈子、生活圈子都比较狭窄，我希望通过MBA学习，结识更多的优秀老师、同学；<br>第三个主要原因是想弥补学历低的遗憾。大学毕业后未继续深造是我人生中的一个遗憾，现在我的爱人、家庭、单位都支持我在工作的同时学习，因此我想抓住这个机会，提升学历。
