Nowadays it is common that more and more middle school students have much pressure on their lessons, which will certainly afect their study. Now winter vacation is coming and most students want to have a relax during the vacation. Now I would like to give you some suggestions. First you may take regular exercise ,such as jogging , skating and so on. Second you can join a music club and let music get rid of your pressure. Finally you can also go travelling with your family or friends. I think you can feel better after your vacation.
