Taking the device out of the packaging, you can tell that they have tried to cram in as many features as possible on a shoestring budget. The packaging has next to nothing written on it, and the few bits there are have been printed a little blurry and the text looks janky and not smooth, though the silver leaf inlaid branding on the front is a nice touch and very striking. The watch comes packaged with a charger cable, a protective film to keep your watch spick and span, and some user manuals. As an aficionado of the screen protector, I have put countless on my portable consoles and watches in the past, I decided to pop the screen protector on immediately to retain the freshness. Unfortunately, the protector had no adhesive on it and so fell off immediately after taking the front side layer (numbered 2 "front") off, luckily this unit looks rugged! The magnetic charger contains two strong alternately poled magnets so there is absolutely no way to put it on the wrong way around, and it snaps nicely onto the watch securely while charging. The strap on the watch itself feels wafer-thin. Though it is made from silicon and the strap is soft and flexible it certainly has a simplistic aesthetic, and nothing too fancy. When combined with the elongated octagonal face, the overall look is reminiscent of those vintage Casio watches, a classic look from a simpler time. There are four little screws around the bezel which are a nice aesthetic touch, and two buttons on the right side; one that turns it on or off and the other is simply a back button. Both of these buttons are exceptionally easy to interact with making navigation a sinch.
