4.3. Component Specific Qualification: Process procedures for all components or families of components processed to this specification shall be qualified to the minimum requirements listed below.4.3.1. Process Procedure Qualification: Minimum first article testing and inspection requirements for qualifying a process procedure for a component or a family of components to this specification are specified in Table II. First article inspection shall be conducted with inspection results communicated to Applied Materials SPE in accordance with procedure defined in Applied Materials Corporate QMS Document CORP0117, “Corporate First Article Inspection Procedure” and work instruction 2-60.1, “Supplier First Article Inspection Requirements.” The Test and Inspection Report (T&IR) shall include results of the following testing and inspection:4.3.1.1. Coating Thickness: Measurement shall be performed per each first article (FA).4.3.1.2. Surface Finish: Measurement shall be performed per each FA.4.3.1.3. Corrosion Resistance (HCl Bubble Test): Test shall be conducted on coupons processed with FA per each FA.4.3.1.4. Dielectric Breakdown Voltage: Test shall be conducted on coupons processed with FA per each FA 4.3.1.5. Color: Measurement shall be performed per each FA.4.3.1.6. Admittance: Test shall be conducted on coupons processed with FA per each FA.4.3.1.7. Microhardness: Test shall be conducted per each FA.4.3.1.8. Surface Cleanliness: Inspection shall be performed per each FA.4.3.1.9. Visual Inspection: Inspection shall be performed per each FA.4.3.1.10. Masking Workmanship: Inspection shall be performed per each FA.4.3.1.11. Black Light Inspection: Inspection shall be performed per each FA.
