Sulfuric acid electrolysis is performed at 10 A w hile stirring. By adding distilled water it is tested if copper is still deposited at the electrode. When no more copper is deposited the electrolysis is finished. Electrode is rinsed with distilled water dipped into ethanol for a moment. After short drying of the electrode at 100 °C its mass m2 is determined.
