Over the past few years, we have been looking into a way to improve how we provide our suppliers with information regarding our products. Originally, we started to produce "Product information packs" for all new products which feature all our artwork, instructions as well as details about the products, including where labels should be placed by the factory. The next phase of this is to enable our suppliers to access this information whenever they want, from anywhere in the world. The way in which we are looking to do this is with a specific SharePoint link that we will provide. Using this link our suppliers will be able to access the most up to date Artwork, Instructions, Parts Diagrams, Declaration of Conformity and more. This means that prior to a supplier making our order they will have access to all of these documents whenever they want so will not need to check with us as to what piece of artwork is current, or if they have the correct instruction manual.
