With the continuous improvement of power supply quality, safety, reliability, convenience, instantaneity, special occasion, special geographical environment and other requirements of electrical equipment, the contact power transmission mode can not meet the actual needs more and more. Therefore, a set of wireless energy transmission system is developed, which has the advantages of wireless power transmission, high transmission efficiency, small equipment size, easy to carry and integrate.<br>In this paper, the wireless charging system of electric vehicle with super capacitor energy storage is designed and implemented. Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, the super capacitor is charged by wireless charging system, and verified by experiments with electric car. Wireless charging electric car is composed of single chip timing module, wireless charging and discharging module, capacitor charging and discharging module, voltage rise and fall module and self starting module. The voltage of DC regulated power supply is transmitted through the transmitter of wireless charging module, then received by the receiver of wireless charging module, and then the received power is stored in the super capacitor. The charging car is timed by AT89C51 SCM clock. When the charging time reaches 1min, the AT89C51 SCM control relay cuts off the power supply of the transmitter. When the car self starting module detects the low-level signal, it will immediately control the enable end of tps63020 chip to make the tps63020 voltage raising and lowering module in working state. At this time, the super capacitor is discharged and the power is supplied to the car motor after the voltage is boosted by tps63020, and the car can run automatically.<br>
