Abstract: The study uses functional action screening evaluation system, from the point of view of action screening and diagnosis, to yoga, cheerleading, badminton three elective courses of ordinary college female college female students to carry out functional action testing, to evaluate the three different courses on the students' basic action function of the prominent role and limitations, in order to optimize the content of the curriculum, improve the quality of teaching to provide a useful reference. The results show that yoga, cheerleading and badminton all contribute to the overall improvement of female college students' basic athletic ability, but different projects have different effects on students' basic athletic ability. Yoga program on the flexibility of girls, flexibility, stability are significantly improved, but the core strength training is insufficient, cheerleading to improve the flexibility of girls, stability has a certain role, but still need to pay attention to the strength of the core muscle group and leg ligament exercises, badminton training to improve the students' joint flexibility and stability and the dynamic stability of the body has obvious effects, but there are poor physical control ability, muscle strength and other problems.
