In other words, when the school conducts mental health education, they must concentrate on mobilizing the power of the entire society, obtain social support and recognition, and first obtain parental support and recognition. The theoretical methods of this system will make students bored and turn the content of mental health education into textual education, which cannot really affect students' mental health education. The conversion rate is very low. In fact, the purpose of the mental health course is to reduce the psychological burden of students and promote student learning in order to solve problems such as learning, life and interpersonal relationships, as well as many students who have no one to complain about. However, if the mental health of students is affected by the pressure of examinations brought by the mental health education courses, it will cause the mental health education courses to become the burden of the students' mental health. The main goal of the mental health education system is to strengthen the psychological education of students, through various forms, combined with the relevant departments, to provide students with adequate psychological health education.
