The high efficiency and high cleanliness of ultrasonic cleaning show its great superiority. In the future, industrial production and life will also get tremendous development and application. Based on the analysis of the working flow of the ultrasonic cleaning machine, the hardware and software design of the PLC control system is given by adopting the PLC control scheme. The system can efficiently complete the cleaning task. It can fully reflect the advantages of the PLC, such as strong function, high reliability, simple programming, convenient use and small size. This paper uses the ladder diagram language of the programmable controller to write the program and complete the programming and debugging of the PLC to achieve the control requirements. In the process of ultrasonic cleaning, the automatic process from cleaning to drying of precise mechanical parts is completed, and the cleaning effect is good, and the production efficiency is improved.Key words: ultrasonic cleaning; cleaning principle; PLC programming;
