We have checked PPTs and observe below are the points which we can discuss:• As per the requirement, customer can see 13 months conversation history. Query- If we deactivated the DSK and again activate within days, will we see the same transaction history once we activate the DSK.• “Chat with us” is accessed only if we have higher level of security, Is it be implemented for Hard token CAM40 profile as well as hard token is also a higher level of security.• Push Notification window comes for first timer user but when we login the profiles for first time, we haven’t get the push notification window.Query- When will we get the push notification window?• If we click on “Don’t Allow” option for Notification, will it be display for when we login for the 2nd time.• In between conversation if customer go to other functions to perform and again go back to chat window, “ Welcome back” messages will display again or directly will start the conversation where customer left?
