本学期，我担任一年级（1）班、（9）班的数学教学工作，两个班共有学生106人；由于学生在早教、幼儿教育的不同，部分学生缺少必要基础知识储备，或理解能力不够；但另一部分学生生已经有了一定量的知识储备。因此在培优辅差过程中，必须要进一步深入了解每一个学生的基本情况，进行情况分析，进而确定相应培优辅差目标。
