The saturation results for DSC-056 and DS2-132 rotors are ok, but have a relativly large spread or are uneven (93% - 99,5%).Mr. Melzer asumes that the reason for that could be the positioning of the rotors inside the magnetization head.If the rotor is not fixed exactly in the middle of the device or if the rotor can move a little bit during the magnetizing process we can get this kind of saturation results. Please check the positioning again and send some pictures to Mr. Melzer and me for better understanding. Furthermore we would make one more test for DSC-056 and DS2-132 rotors. Please prepare 20 DSC-rotors. 2 of them with “shit glue” and 18 normal rotors. Please magnetize this 20 directly in succession. The first and the last of them are with “shit glue”.The rotors with shit glue we send to Kitzingen for qualification and the 18 normal ones we keep in BMSU for serial production after passed qualification. While the magnetization process please control and write down the temperature inside the heads and the magnetization power. The same we should do for DS2-132 rotors. The DSC-100 rotors are aproved and ready for serial production.
