The construction process is complicated, the construction environment is harsh, and safety accidents often occur, which seriously threaten the life safety of workers. Perfect safety protection measures are a necessary prerequisite. Table 29 summarizes the key points and difficulties of construction safety of the project. The implementation of safety measures in place puts forward requirements for the construction of corresponding functional departments. For this project, combined with relevant experience, an efficient and convenient safety management system is set up to manage construction safety issues, to ensure timely resolution of safety incidents, and to make safety issues professional and systematic, as shown in Figure 23. As the direct person in charge of the project construction, the subcontractor brings convenience to the project construction, but also brings great management difficulties. Especially for the construction of dangerous projects with major safety hazards such as weak current subcontractors, their safety management must be strict, so the project manager directly supervises them. The specific management system is shown in Figure 24.
