The table at the top of this frame gives you an overview of frequency data relating to the words in your text. The table in this help file is just a sample.1. Select this option to see a list of all of the words in your text, grouped by frequency range (as well as the academic words). These lists may help you identify words that might be new (if you are a language learner) or provide insight into the topic of the text (for less common words). You can then click on any of the words in this list to see up to 200 sample concordance lines in COCA.2. The number of words in your text.3. The three percentages show the number of words in your text in each of three "frequency ranges", which are based on data from the COCA corpus. You can click on any of these to see a list of words from that frequency range. (More information on frequency ranges).4. Choose the color to highlight the "keywords" from your text. By default they will be in yellow, but you can also change them to red (the same color used for a similar category of words in the Compleat Lexical Tutor).5. If you are a registered user, you can save texts and re-use them at a later date.Best wishes
