The VEGFR-Fc fusion protein SDS- polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS PAGE) (purity + molecular weight) analysis method was validated to confirm that the method can accurately detect the purity and molecular weight of VEGFR-Fc fusion protein in the sample. The specificity, precision and durability were verified by SDS- polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. SDS- polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results of methodology validation were as follows: specificity: blank solution (auxiliary solution) detection had no obvious interference; light test sample, detection of polymer had obvious changes; precision: RSD of non reduction electrophoresis purity was 0.12%, RSD of reduction electrophoresis purity was 0.62%, RSD of molecular weight was 0.77%; intermediate precision: RSD of non reduction electrophoresis purity was 0.62%, RSD of reduction electrophoresis purity was 0.75% The relative standard deviation (RSD) of molecular weight was 1.21%, the RSD of non reduction electrophoresis was 0.78%, the RSD of reducing electrophoresis was 0.42%, and the RSD of molecular weight was 0.81%. According to the above verification results, the SDS- polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method is suitable for specificity, precision and durability. Therefore, the method is suitable for the detection of the purity and molecular weight of VEGFR-Fc fusion protein in samples.<br>
