Under the limited strength, the elderly employment groups make contributions to participate in the society again, which reflects the change of the social development to the elderly labor force and the change of the concept of the elderly. From the traditional old age to the present age, it reflects the progress of the times. Therefore, based on the participation dimension of active aging, under the guidance of the theory of demand hierarchy, this paper takes Donger community as an example to carry out the investigation on the reemployment of the elderly. According to the survey data, the proportion of the young elderly in the community who choose to reemploy is higher, and their physical and educational levels are better than those of other age groups. Combined with the local environment background of the community, this paper deeply discusses the influencing factors of the elderly re employment, then focuses on the problems, puts forward countermeasures, and tries to provide feasible suggestions from the perspective of social workers, so as to provide a good prescription for promoting the elderly re employment.<br>
