(1) before installing the compound governor, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned. When reassembling, first install the governor shell on the fuel injection pump body with screws.(2) put the transmission shaft set into the camshaft with special tools, then install the drive disk and lock it with the retaining ring.(3) install the rear housing of the governor, first install the control shaft and the shifting fork, then screw into the supporting shaft from the outer end, and successively to the shaft set into the back seat of the spring, high and low speed adjustment spring, start spring, spring front seat, finally install the correction spring, and adjust the pre-tightening force of the spring with the nut after locking.(4) insert the driving plate, thrust plate (even bearing), flyball assembly and flyball cage into the supporting shaft. Pay attention to the small hole in the drive plate into the oil supply tie rod (inside the tie rod spring), and lock with the tie rod nut. The governor tie rod nut shall be screwed on the end of the tie rod with a diameter of 7.8mm, and the amount of screw in shall be in order that the stop oil arm can effectively move the tie rod and the tie rod will not fall out of the tie rod sleeve.(5) when the governor is closed, use 6 screws to assemble the front shell and the rear shell, seal gasket should be intact, it is best from the governor outside the shell screw into the idle speed adjustment screw.
