DIVISION OF WORKING-Z was the leader of the whole project, who was allocated each task and supervised the progress and supported on site sales to the project;-X was responsible for the product function and related facilitates;-B was in charge of advertising and decorations;-C was responsible for the marketing and follow up charity event;-Mountain was responsible for the collation of data and writing.The establishment of the project was the result of the teamwork of all members. On the day of sale, all members were fully involved in the sale except that Mountain who was in business trip. All members worked very hard. Especially in the pursuit of the outstanding money, 2 girls showed great sense of responsibilities and communication skills.In addition, we realized how important of the price, even for charity. Some people felt vague by unclear price setting. And others might feel pressure. It created negative factor to attract customers to reach our target. The price setting of 10 RMB offer people to get satisfaction and self-recognition without pressure. This was also one of the key factors for the success of the project.Lastly, the total income from this project will be used to buy cat food and feed stray cats on campus in the winter vacation.
