In the thermal control system of power plants, C-type spare parts occupy relatively small capital, consume relatively large amount, and their consumption is continuous. The consumption can be regarded as proportional to time. Therefore, traditional spare parts based on continuous consumption characteristics can be used. Consumption prediction method to predict the consumption trend of C-type spare parts. Taking into account the "every day" consumption of this type of spare parts has a certain contingency, in order to eliminate the influence of the random fluctuation of the average daily consumption of spare parts on the forecast results, this paper adopts the moving average method to establish the consumption forecast model of this kind of spare parts. <br>Figure 4-6 shows the variation of C-type spare parts inventory over time
