饮食与运动干预对中年肥胖女性减肥的效果观察摘 要：目的：探讨饮食与运动干预对中年肥胖女性的治疗效果。方法：本文将来自于我院内科的60例中年肥胖女性分为对照组和实验组，均30例。实验组以饮食与运动干预作为护理方式，对照组采取常规干预，通过分析两组参与者的减肥效果，发现饮食与运动干预对促进减肥具有重要作用。结果：实验组中护理效果显效的有25例，有效参与者有4例，无效参与者为1例；对照组显效的参与者有14例，有效的为5例，无效的为11例。结论：饮食与运动干预对于促进中年肥胖女性减肥具有积极意义。关键词：饮食；运动；减肥；女性；中年

Diet and exercise intervention on middle-aged obese women lose weight Efficacy <br><br>Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of diet and exercise intervention in obese middle-aged women. Methods: 60 cases of middle-aged obese women This article comes from my hospital department divided into control and experimental group were 30 cases. Observation of the effect of diet and exercise intervention on weight loss in middle-aged obese women<br><br>Abstract: Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of diet and exercise intervention on obese middle-aged women. Methods: In this paper, 60 middle-aged obese women from our hospital department were divided into control group and experimental group, all 30 cases. The experimental group took diet and exercise intervention as nursing method, and the control group adopted regular intervention, and by analyzing the weight loss effect of the two groups, it was found that diet and exercise intervention played an important role in promoting weight loss. Results: There were 25 cases of effective nursing effect in the experimental group, 4 cases of effective participants and 1 case of invalid participants, 14 cases of active participants in the control group, 5 cases of effectiveness and 11 cases of invalidity. The experimental group took diet and exercise intervention as the nursing mode, while the control group took routine intervention. By analyzing the weight loss effect of the two groups of participants, it was found that diet and exercise intervention played an important role in promoting weight loss. Results: in the experimental group, there were 25 effective participants, 4 effective participants and 1 ineffective participant; in the control group, there were 14 effective participants, 5 effective participants and 11 ineffective participants.
