Repeatedly we are having same problems with JIA plant. We do not know when customer frames are delivered to plant. We are only pushed by yard team to get new frames delivered but we are not informed of the real arrival. I understand this might be caused by different communication channels. Unfortunately, we already give a bad image to the customers.In this case, can we all work on one tracking spreadsheet in box, thus we could be on same page of same information. Not only frames, we could also involve other customer provided items.
