26. INSURANCE26.1. The Supplier shall have and maintain in force appropriate insurance with reputable authorised insurers of good financial standing which shall cover the liability of Supplier for the performance of its obligations under this Agreement and/or any Contract. 26.2. Supplier shall notify Buyer on becoming aware of any fact, circumstance or matter which has caused, or is reasonably likely to cause, any insurer to give notice to cancel, rescind, or suspend any insurance as stated in this Agreement and/or any Contract.26.3. Supplier shall provide to Buyer, upon request from Buyer but not more than once in any twelve (12) month period, written confirmation from the arranging insurance brokers that such insurances are in effect.26.4. The provisions of any insurance or the amount of cover shall not relieve the Supplier of any liability under this Agreement. It shall be the responsibility of the Supplier to determine the amount of insurance cover that will be adequate to enable the Supplier to satisfy any liability in relation to the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
