Emergency evacuation strategy is one of the main methods to deal with sudden disasters in underground shopping malls. In view of the fire situation of underground shopping malls, the principle of system dynamics is used to analyze the evacuation characteristics of personnel. The emergency evacuation process is divided into four subsystems that are related to each other and exist at the same time, namely, emergency evacuation mobilization, evacuation command guidance, evacuation operation and evacuation rescue subsystem. The causality map of each subsystem and the whole emergency evacuation system and the SD model of personnel emergency evacuation were constructed and simulation experiments were carried out by Vensim. The experimental results show that the effect of emergency evacuation mobilization, the number of command guides and the number of rescue personnel have obvious effect on the evacuation effect in the early stage of the whole emergency evacuation process. According to the simulation results, the corresponding emergency evacuation strategy is proposed.
