HICX have encountered an issue with the system on late afternoon on Friday which impacts a number of local partner records and triggered integration events. Technical team is currently working on fixing the issues. Potentially some wrong local partner accounts have been sent to the SAP system which the team is currently identifying and reverting.Until the issue has been fixed which potentially need to continue on Monday morning, the integration had been switch OFF.
