Theoretically speaking, your wife has 25% chance to pass a normal chr11, 25% to pass a same reverted chr11 and 50% chance to pass unbalanced chr11 to offspring. But due to the inviability of the fetus carrying unbalanced chromosome, the empirical risk for having a child with an abnormal karyotype is very low. If the child carries the same inversion as the mother, it will be fine in most conditions (as it's mother's phenotype, which is normal). Your wife may have lower chance of pregnancy than general population. But once she's pregnant, your baby will be mostly fine. If you are still not confident enough, you can do a simple prenatal test for the fetus.
