Based on the relevant theory of chemical oxidation of aluminum alloy, the paper uses 2A12 commonly used aluminum alloy as the test substrate, studies the formulation and conditions of the aluminum alloy ultra-low chromium chemical oxidation process, supervises the corrosion resistance of the film layer, and uses Minitab 16 software for analysis, so as to optimize the process conditions and determine the best process parameters. At the same time, the effect of oxidation process parameters on corrosion resistance of the oxide film was analyzed.
