This will be the Annual output contained in the Contractor’s proposal or, the Adjusted annual output as per point 2 above if it is the adjusted value is lower than the proposal and the Contractor has paid the corresponding liquidated damages.At the end of each one-year period (starting at commercial operation date) the annual production will be compared versus the theoretical production with the actual typical meteorological year using the PV Syst model.If the model’s output value is higher than the actual output, the Contractor must either:- Add panels until the guaranteed capacity is achieved; or- Pay a performance liquidated damage equal to the value of the loss of income during the one-year period.
