Finally, we have compared the electrochemical performance of 2- and 3-based electrodes with that of the corresponding POMs alone (SiW12 and BW12) under the same conditions.These studies show that both the specific capacitance and the cycling stability of compounds 2- and 3-based electrodes are higher than those of their parents’ POM-based electrodes, respectively (Figures S21 and S22). Additionally, the Rct of the 2- and 3-based electrodes is lower than the Rct of the corresponding POM-based electrodes, suggesting that the electrical conductivity of SiW12 and BW12 is enhanced by the connection of the Ag-POM structure and the 3D core−shell framework, and the synthesis of crystalline POMOFs is an effective way to improve the specific capacitance and cycling stability of POMs.
