Cold sintering was then performed after humidifying the film in a beaker containing deionized water heated at 60°C for 10 min. Pressing was done by placing the electrode films between silicone-coated polyethylene terephthalate tape in a 1-inch die and uniaxially hot pressed at 120 ℃, 90 MPa for 20 minutes. The resultant cold sintered film was with 3 mg/cm2 active material loading and at ~30µm thickness.
