Language charm has rich and diverse connotations, which is very important to promote effective communication. Flight attendants have certain language charm. They can speak words that satisfy passengers' inner satisfaction in the process of communicating with passengers. At the same time, they can communicate with passengers with reasonable reasons, which can not only improve passengers' trust in flight attendants, but also further shorten the distance with passengers, which is the embodiment of flight attendants' language charm. Therefore, how to shape the language charm of flight attendants has become a key issue in the development of civil aviation transportation services.<br>On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the language charm of flight attendants, this paper summarizes the problems in shaping the language charm of flight attendants, and comes to the conclusion that there are mainly improper words used by flight attendants; The flight attendants' communication language affinity and appeal are insufficient; The flight attendants communicate with the non-standard use of voice and intonation stress, then deeply analyze the causes of these problems, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the flight attendants to shape the language charm, and then comprehensively strengthen the flight attendants to shape the good language charm, enhance the communication with passengers, and promote the improvement of passengers' service satisfaction.<br>Key words: flight attendants, language charm, problems, shaping strategies
