在4-5岁幼儿年龄阶段，是培养幼儿自控能力的关键时期，且具有导向作用的。笔者在实习过程中，对该研究特别感兴趣。本研究从太原市A幼儿园选取5名幼儿作为研究对象。笔者拟采用文献法、问卷调查法、观察法和访谈法进行调查分析，进而找出中班幼儿“自控能力”培养存在的问题，找出影响幼儿自控能力的因素，最后提出教育策略：在幼儿园方面：引导幼儿具有规则意识；对幼儿不要过于严苛；注意幼儿的发展水平；活动要有趣味性；我们应该利用游戏活动来促进幼儿的自我控制。在家庭方面：父母要选择合适的教养方式；父母要给孩子满满的爱；给孩子自主的空间。
