Abstract Objective: Through the workers subjective well-being indicators related to research, analyze the causes of differences in well-being, propose a solution to improve employee well-being.
Objective: By investigating the relevant indicators of employees' subjective well-being, analyzing the reasons for the difference in happiness, this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the happiness of employees.
