In the midst of construction waste, choose to use hard red brick, such as foam concrete apparent density is less than 1950 kg/m after preparation into regeneration aggregate lightweight aggregate porous concrete, based on the orthogonal experiment design to regenerate lightweight aggregate permeable concrete mix proportion optimization research, 4 factors 3 levels orthogonal test, studied the water cement ratio, cement ratio, dosage of admixture and mineral admixture dosage (fly ash) of permeable concrete compressive strength, the influence of the permeable coefficient. After analyzing the test data, it was found that the compressive strength of the permeable concrete cured for 28 days was the most affected by the cement-collecting ratio, followed by the water-cement ratio. With the increase of fly ash content, the compressive strength also changes. After the addition of water reducer, the water consumption of pervious concrete in one square showed a trend of decrease, but the compressive strength was improved. Finally, it was found that when the water-cement ratio was 0.28, the content of polycarboxylate water-reducing agent was 2.5%, and the fly ash content was 20% of the cementation material, the compressive strength and permeability coefficient of the recycled lightweight aggregate permeable concrete could reach the ideal state
